I have lived in the United States my entire life. Since the moment I was born, I have been a citizen of the US. Although I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to live in such an amazing country, I think that there are a lot of other great countries that have a whole lot to offer in terms of culture. Because of this, I have always made it my goal to travel as much as possible. I took my first major trip when I was eighteen, and ever since I had this first week and a half long experience, I have been hooked on seeing what other countries have to offer.
My most recent trip was to Canada (and specifically Toronto). The interesting thing about Toronto is that while it shares a lot of similarities to a typical city in the US, there are also a lot of things that make it completely unique. Because it was a different experience being in the city of Toronto, I thoroughly enjoyed the eight days that I spent there. If you ever get an opportunity to visit Toronto, I highly recommend that you take advantage of it.
